How much does shipping cost?

Why is my order delayed?

Shipping delays can occur due to:

  • High demand in the United States causing production and shipping backlogs.
  • Products being manufactured in Chinese factories, which can result in longer logistics times.
  • International shipments having more complex delivery routes.

While delays can be frustrating, buying products from China often provides significant cost savings compared to brand-name retail prices.


Will I be charged VAT or other taxes?

No. All items are shipped Duty Paid, and Kickscrews covers all taxes, duties, and customs charges. You will not be charged VAT.


Shipping Address Policy

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an accurate shipping address.

Incorrect Address:

  • Kickscrews is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If the package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Address Correction:

  • If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, contact customer support immediately.
  • We will try to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once the package is in transit.

Order Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping.
  • You have up to 24 hours to cancel an order after placing it.

Refunds for Undelivered Orders

If you have not received your order within 31 days of shipping, Kickscrews will provide a full refund.

Tracking information is not updated yet

No need to worry if tracking hasn’t updated for a while — this is completely normal. Your package is in transit, waiting at the airport for its next flight. Once it reaches your country, the tracking will update quickly. Delivery usually takes just a few more days.
